How To Apply

Admission Guidelines

Our admission process is simple and hassle free. Our counsellors/ admissions managers are always at hand to guide you through all your decisions, all the way to your child’s first day at school.

  • Admission is granted on First Come First Serve basis, till the availability of seats.
  • The admission process for grade XI will commence only after grade X Board examinations. The application form along with the admission criteria is available on the website.
  • Provisional admission will be processed and converted to confirmed admission only after submission and verification of required documents and deposit of applicable fee before the start of academic session.
  • The admission application form may be filled by parent/single parent or the legal guardian having the sole custody of the child (should be supported by valid legal documents).
  • The age of the applicant students should be compatible as per the class they are applying for.
  • The qualifying examination should be cleared with the minimum required marks.
  • The admission during the academic session, though not encouraged, is done for exceptional transfer cases only.

List of documents required for admission

  • 2 passport size colour photographs of the child and each parent/guardian.
  • Aadhar Card of student and Parents
  • Address proof (photocopy of the ration card/ electricity bill/ telephone bill)
  • Photocopy of report card of last year, wherever applicable.
  • Photocopy of birth certificate.
  • Transfer Certificate, wherever applicable.

Documents And Financial Aid

Admission is open for classes Nursery to XI at Gyan Deep Gurgaon for the academic session 2024-25. Admission forms along with the prospectus are available at Administrative Office on all weekdays between 9.00 A.M. to 2.00 P.M. No New admission in class X & XII

Withdrawals

Notice in writing for the withdrawal of student from the school must be given one month in advance positively by the end of session . Failure to give this mandatory notice will lead to payment of fee for the next month. Application for T.C must be furnished with the fee counter well in time. The T.C will be prepared and given only after obtaining the no-dues certificate. The process will take a minimum of one week.

FEES

All fees are payable by 10th of the payable month.
The name of any student whose fee is not paid for 20 days after the last date of payment will be struck off the rolls of the school. Fee once paid will not be refunded.

We are a CBSE affiliated, english medium school. It is the most widely accepted board in India and on international level. It makes it easier for students to prepare for competitive examinations like JEE and AIPMT as the basic syllabus is the same.

We accept cash or cheque. NEFT/IMPS, UPI, debit/credit cards are also accepted. Accounts office is open from Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
