Big Budget Needed For Big Ben Bongs On Brexit:
Big Ben has been mostly silent since restoration work on parliament’s Elizabeth Tower, which houses the clock, began in 2017.Britain’s bewildering battle to get Big Ben to bong for Brexit is becoming brutal — and big-budget to boot as public cash donations flooded in Friday for a celebratory peal.Parliamentary authorities say the floor in the tower workers use to look after the bell has been removed and the ringing devices taken out.Putting it all together again in time would apparently cost up to £500,000.

The children keenly participated in the events which included dancing and colouring competition. The parents and the children enjoyed to the core and applauded team efforts of the school.

Gyan Deep Sr Sec school echoed with the blessings on the morning of 4 January, 2020 when we came together to bid farewell to the outgoing 2019-20 batch of class 12th students. It was the morning of mixed emotions for all present to witness the official send-off for the students at the farewell. The day was a fiesta devoted to the years spent together with friends and teachers to reminisce joyous moments.
The function included various skits, dances and singing performances, followed by speech of the chairman. Students of 11th Class organized farewell party with great enthusiasm and of course endeavoured to leave a trail of nostalgia behind for the twelfthies.
Students showed up, dressed in their finery. The young ladies glowed in coloured saris and gowns whereas gentlemen carried themselves smartly in sherwanis and suits.
We bid adieu to these fine young men and women, wishing them luck as they move on to leave their mark on the world.

    PUNCTUALITY

    Dear Parent

A wholesome education teaches the virtues of discipline & punctuality as much as alphabets and algebra.
Only our joint efforts can inculcate in our children a respectful approach towards time.

We seek your cooperation in helping the child reach school well in time. It has been reiterated many a time in the past that students must reach school before the reporting time i.e. 7:50 a.m.
School gates shall be closed at 8:00 a.m. beyond which students shall not be allowed to enter the premises.

Dear parent, we are building responsible citizens for tomorrow. Let us start it with simple steps.

    Your cooperation is solicited.

    Thanks and Regards
    Principal
